Extensive first-hand experience means that Wilson Planning is well qualified to assess development under Parts 4 and 5 of the Environmental Planning and Assessment Act 1979. As part of that we provide recommendations and/or assessment reports to relevant determining authorities.
We can also project manage the relevant approval process, facilitate meetings between relevant stakeholders and negotiate outcomes to contentious and complicated planning issues.
